We brush our feelings of overwhelm to the side and keep going. After all, we have people to take care of, businesses to run, and jobs to do.
But prioritizing everything and everyone else can leave you feeling exhausted, stressed, and unfulfilled. We end up living in a state of fear- fear of letting everyone down, fear of failure, fear of staying stuck.
It can feel like there’s no way forward…
But you don’t have to battle overwhelm on your own. That’s where I come in.
Helping other overwhelmed women find clarity and get unstuck so they can achieve fulfillment.
I ran a team of 8 employees and landed some of the biggest clients in my industry… And I hated my life.
I was working 70+ hour weeks, constantly stressed, and I felt trapped.
On the first day of a vacation that was supposed to rejuvenate me, I had an emotional breakdown in front of my husband. Chest vibrating, I said, “I hate my business and I don’t want to do it anymore.”
After working with two specialized coaches, I was able to completely restructure my business and my life. I streamlined my team and cut my workload down to 20 hours a week - without cutting revenue AND while increasing profitability.
With my plate cleared, I was able to start healing my burnout and figure out what fulfillment meant to me. It turned out my current business wasn't it. So, I gave myself permission to pivot again and find my new passion:
I built a successful, 7-figure business from the ground up.
You’re not broken and you don’t need to be ‘fixed’.
Coaching is not me telling you what to do - I’ll help you find the answers already inside of you in an authentic, judgment-free space.
I also incorporate a healthy, but practical, dose of ‘woo.’ I believe modalities like breathwork, meditation, and energy work can further self-exploration and transformation.
I learned that there was a different way of living. One where I wasn’t working 70, 80, 90 hours a week and neglecting the things that actually mattered.
One where I found my calling.
And now I have plenty of time for me - whether that means traveling the world, spending quality time with friends and family, or curling up with a good book and our dog, Annie.
